These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual rights and obligations between Cenários and the users of the Cenários application. By using the application, the user fully accepts the Terms and Conditions described herein.

1. CONTRACTING PARTIES

1.1 Provider
The offer is provided by Cenários, responsible for making available content and features related to interactive tourist routes and augmented reality experiences.

1.2 User
The users (hereinafter referred to as “clients”) are individuals or groups who access the Cenários application to purchase or enjoy tours and tourism-related content.

2. CONTRACT CONCLUSION

2.1 Offer
Cenários provides its services exclusively through the Cenários application.

2.2 Purchase
By purchasing a tour or content through the Cenários application, the client formalizes a contract with Cenários once the purchase confirmation is sent by email or displayed within the application.

2.3 Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase, the client accepts the listed prices and these Terms and Conditions without exception.

2.4 Payment

2.4.1 Online purchases
Payments may be made through electronic methods such as credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or PayPal. Other options may be available and will be indicated at the time of purchase.

2.4.2 Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not started accessing the acquired content or service. All refund requests will be individually reviewed to ensure compliance with applicable rules.

3. USE OF TOURS

3.1 Nature of tours
The purchased tours consist of access to content that allows the client to explore locations individually or through itineraries on their own, without the need for scheduling.

3.2 Availability
Once purchased, tours and location packages are immediately available for use through the Cenários application.

3.3 Cancellation
Purchased tours that have not yet been used may be canceled and refunded in accordance with the refund policy mentioned above.

4. CENÁRIOS APPLICATION

4.1 Services
The Cenários application is required to access tours and experiences. It is available for free download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

4.2 Access
Access to the application is free, but the client must have a stable Internet connection to use the services. Cenários reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of violation of these Terms.

4.3 Liability limitations
Cenários is not responsible for network interruptions or third-party services that may affect the user experience.

4.4 Data protection
Data transmitted during the use of the application is protected by encryption, but Cenários cannot guarantee complete confidentiality due to inherent risks of data transmission over the Internet.

5. WARRANTY

The content provided by Cenários is regularly updated and monitored. However, the company is not responsible for changes in access to physical locations featured in the tours, such as construction works or closures.

6. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

6.1 Requirements
Users must be able to navigate the application and interact with the content. A stable Internet connection and an up-to-date mobile device are recommended.

6.2 Minimum age
The recommended minimum age to use the application is 10 years. Children must be supervised by an adult.

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Users participate in Cenários tours at their own risk. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate in the activities. Cenários is not liable for personal injury or material damages occurring during the tours, except in cases of proven negligence by the company.

8. PRIVACY

Cenários is committed to protecting users’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Information collected will only be used for specific purposes, such as processing purchases or communicating with the client. Data will be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and contractual obligations.

9. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

Cenários reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the application will imply acceptance of the new conditions.
