Purpose of Data Processing
At Cenários, we will process your data in accordance with current personal data protection regulations, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and Laws No. 58/2019 and No. 59/2019, manually and/or automatically, for the following purposes:
Responding to inquiries, questions, or any requests made via email or through the available contact forms.
Fulfilling legally established contractual obligations.
Personalizing the content of communications, products, or services according to the Client’s interests.
Data Retention Period
Cenários will retain your data only for the duration of the contractual relationship and as long as there is mutual interest, and subsequently, for the legally established periods required to resolve possible liabilities arising therefrom.
If a request is made for data deletion — and where legally possible — the data will be erased using appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymization or complete destruction.

Cenários declares that it has adopted all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and integrity of processed personal data, preventing its loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

Clients may use this channel to submit complaints or suggestions related to our services, thus ensuring their right to participation and the continuous improvement of our activity.
